Components Strong contains concentrated micronutrients for use in reef aquariums. Strong Ingredients in combination with Calcium, Magnesium, KH Buffer and Reef Mineral Salt is a complete set for maintaining an aquarium reef with the method proposed by HW Balling, so these products must be used in parallel. Due to the fact that the micronutrients in the aquarium are consumed in the right proportion with the macronutrients, the concentrations of Components Strong are based on the other values. The amount of micronutrients supplied depends on the individual needs of the aquarium for magnesium and calcium.  ...More

Strong A contains concentrated strontium and barium. Strontium supports the construction of the skeletal tissue of hard corals and significantly improves calcium absorption and the development of soft corals. 5 ml of strong A should be added to 1 liter of calcium solution. The level of strontium in the reef aquarium should be between 5 ppm and 15 ppm.
Strong B contains concentrated heavy metals necessary for the proper course of biological processes in the inhabitants of the aquarium. Replenishes the water in the aquarium with elements that are naturally found in seawater. 5 ml of strong B should be added to 1 liter of calcium solution.
Strong C contains concentrated iodine and fluorine. Iodine increases the intensity of dark blue and purple in hard corals, and its appropriate seawater content supports the melting of shrimp. Fluoride is involved in the calcification process and supports the production of coral skeletal tissue. 5 ml of strong C must be added to 1 liter of KH Buffer solution. The recommended levels of both elements in a reef aquarium are: iodine about 0.06 ppm and fluoride about 13 ppm.
Strong K contains concentrated potassium. Potassium plays an important role in the metabolic processes of corals, participates in the transport of nutrients, and in SPS corals, potassium is responsible for pink and red coloration. 5 ml of strong K should be added to 1 liter of Reef Mineral Salt + Magnesium. The recommended potassium level in a reef aquarium is 360-380 mg / l.
