Sera Gravel Cleaner Round
Large amounts of silt are not only unsightly in the aquarium but can also affect water quality. The coarser the gravel, the more mud will accumulate in the voids. Food disappears to the bottom before being eaten, and animal waste and dead plant parts accumulate and may not make it into the filter.
With Gravel Cleaner Round, large surfaces can be cleaned quickly and gently, so that enough useful bacteria remain in and on the substrate. Particularly fine gravel and sand can also be easily cleaned at reduced flow rates. Compaction of the substrate can thus be reliably prevented.
